At Just Be Hugh I feel very strongly about caring and understanding my customer's privacy and ensuring your personal information is treated correctly.  

1.   WHO WE ARE
My privacy policy is going to assist you with learning how Just Be Hugh collects and uses your personal data through my website and signing up to marketing, taking part in any competitions and purchasing my products.  This website is not aimed at children and we do not collect data relating to children.  I would strongly recommend you read my privacy policy as this will be regularly updated and reviewed to ensure this is modelled correctly.

Just Be Hugh is the controller and responsible for your data (referred to as "I", "my" throughout this policy).

At Just Be Hugh, I do not control the thrid party websites or advertisement that may appear on my website, plug ins or applications.  The third party advertisements are not covered in this privacy policy.  I encourgae you to read my privacy policy whenever you are using my website.  

6.  THE DATA THAT I COLLECT
At Just Be Hugh we would like to keep you updated on latest news and offers if you subscribe to my email correspondence.  The data that will be collected from this will be your Contact Data (meaning the data relating to your email address).  
If you purchase a product on my website, the data I will collect, use and store will include the following:Identity data (first name and surname)Contact data (billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number)Financial data (payment method and card association, however I do not store card details, as they will be contracted through a third party service provider)Transaction data (the product and quantity purchased)Technical data (the details regarding the device you used to access the website)

7.  HOW I WILL USE YOUR DATA
I will only use your personal data when the law abides by this.  This will include:

• when you have purchased a product and submitted payment, this is a contract and I will perform the contract obligations;
• when we need to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

I may use your Identity, Contact and Technical Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you.  If you wish to opt out of any updates please see item below "OPTING OUT".  
I generally only send electronic marketing - such as email marketing - to people who have previously bought similar products from us and this is in our legitimate interests.   If you wish to opt out of any updates please see item below "OPTING OUT".  

9.  OPTING OUT
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by emailing us to unsubscribe or follow the unsubscribe link in the original subscription email sent to you.
If you opt out of receiving email marketing from us, we will no longer share your email address with social media platforms.

13.  DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfilled purposes of the contract, in line with all legal and accounting requirements.  Details of your order will be kept on our records for 7 years unless the law requires otherwise.  If you feel you would like your data to be deleted prior to this date please email me at justbehugh@outlook.com You will be entitled to:

• Request access to your personal data recorded with Just Be Hugh
• Request corrected information to your personal data recorded with Just Be Hugh
• Request for your data to be erased where you feel there is no reason to remain for longer purposes
• Request restriction of processing your personal data
  

If you would like to access your personal data, you will not be required to pay a fee for this information.  However if the request becomes a more repetitive or excessive request, a fee may apply. 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
If your order hasn't been accepted or dispatched just yet, the best thing to do is contact me on justbehugh@outlook.com .  If your order has been dispatched, please refer to the returns information.
WHAT IS THE REFUNDS POLICYIf you are unhappy with a purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 28 days of the order.  Please contact me justbehugh@outlook.com with your order number to begin the process of refunds.  
CAN ALL ITEMS BE RETURNED 
Unfortunately several items from my shop cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched.  This includes:

• Personalised and specific items
• creative pieces specifically commissioned to your request
• personal items where the packaging is opened

To avoid disappointment, please refer to the item listed or contact me for further information.

MY PERSONALISED ITEM HAS ARRIVED AND I DO NOT LIKE IT, CAN I RETURN IT If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.  Please contact me justbehugh@outlook.com to discuss how to proceed with next steps.

I HAVE A COMPLAINT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? - Please contact me directly via email justbehugh@outlook.com , and if you wish to take this further, please refer to my Privacy Policy for guidance on returns.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDERIf your item is possible to be returned, please return as follows:

1.  Email me justbehugh@outlook.com to let me know you will be returning the item (postage not paid by Just Be Hugh)
2. Return item in its original packing along with a note regarding purpose of return.
3. I will inform you once the item is received.
4. If the item is due a refund, this will be processed with 14 business days.  

WHO WILL PAY FOR THE POSTAGE OF MY REFUNDThe cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.  If the goods are faulty, please email me justbehugh@outlook.com with photo evidence of the issues.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND If the product is returned in good condition, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
